Who am I?

I just turned 50 years old and I am proud of it too!  I feel full of energy like I just turned 18, yet I have lived long enough and experienced enough to gain some wisdom along those years.

Got your interest?  Good!  Just to give you a little hint – I am an incurable optimist and like to help people and make them happy.  Even if things don’t go my way, I still like to look at the good things in life and stay positive – but!  I have come a long way and stick around….you’ll learn my secrets!

What secrets?  The secrets of good foods that are healthy for body and mind, but won’t drive you crazy…

Hint: I have had the help of a wonderful teacher for the past 23 years, and I’ll even tell you her name – Dr. Tae Yun Kim, but I am getting way ahead of myself now…..

PS:  Which one is me on the picture?  With 2 great looking people it’s hard to tell I know, but who looks more Austrian?  Hint: I have blond hair and blue eyes…  🙂
